Shipping & Delivery

  1. Our standard warehouse processing time is between 5 to 7 business days once you place our order. The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on where you are located and what type of shipping method you select. 
  2. There may be unexpected delays during holiday/gifting season and/or COVID-19 related events. In any case, you will receive an email shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped.
  3. All estimated shipping times start from the date the email shipping confirmation is sent. 
  4. Orders can’t be modified or cancelled once placed.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. We offer a 30-day return policy on items purchased on the Site.
  2. The following Eligibility Requirements must be met in order for an item to qualify for a refund or exchange:
    • The order was placed within the last 30 days (this date can be found in your order confirmation email)
    • The product is in the same condition as when you received it.
    • The product is unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
    • The product is in its original packaging with price tags attached.
  3. We will need at least two photographs showing the condition/problem of the product you wish to return or exchange. You can email them to [email protected] mentioning the correct and corresponding order number.
  4. We will contact and consult the sellers/manufacturers before arriving at the best possible solution to address your concern.
  5. The typical turn-around time for resolution differs from case to case. Our customer support will keep you informed with all necessary details whenever available.

How to Make a Return by Mail?

  1. Your returned items must meet all eligibility criteria in order to be refunded. 
  2. If you return an item that does not meet the eligibility requirements, Vista Global Market will not send it back to you.
  3. The shipping label will be provided via email from [email protected] for you to print out and attach to the package.

Note: If you cannot print the label, you may go to the post office with the PR number and they will print it out for you.

  1. Pack the merchandise in its original condition with tags still attached.
  2. Please pack the merchandise in a bag. Boxes will not be accepted.
  3. Include at least two photographs of the product(s) showing the damage/issue.
  4. Include a copy of your invoice in the package.
  5. Drop off the package (with shipping label affixed) at a Canada Post location near you.
  6. Once we process your refund on your original method of payment*, you will receive an email confirmation.  *Some exceptions may apply
  1. Returns will be for a value equal to the sale price of the merchandise returned or exchanged, including applicable taxes.
